How To Order
My wedding stationery is made to order, and can be easily adapted to your own
personal requirements. If you like a particular design, but can't see it in
your chosen wedding colours, then please just ask, these are minor changes that can
usually be easily changed.
Ordering is made using a shopping cart system, however, if you need any advice, or
wish to request a custom order or colour change, then contact me first for clarification.
The main points of ordering are covered below, if there are any further questions
then just contact me, I am here to help!
-------------- HOW TO ORDER --------------
There are 2 ways to order, you can either use the shopping cart system, or you can download a form below, and send it to me through the post.
If you use the cart just click on the 'order' button next to your selected design, and simply enter the required number of cards in the qty box in the cart.
The cart will show you the total, and shipping costs, and these can easily be amended should you wish to do so,
or you can go to the checkout or continue shopping. Once you have finished shopping and checked the contents of your basket, you then proceed to the
payment section to process the order. Once your order is received by me, I will send you an 'Order Confirmation' along with the form requesting the personal
details required to go on the inserts. A copy of the insert prior to final print will then be sent to you for approval.
If you prefer to order using the paper form, then simply right click below to save to your pc, and fill in, then either email back or pop in the post!

-------------- ORDER IN TIME --------------
Generally you will need your wedding invitations at least 8 weeks before your wedding day,
and I will need at least 2 weeks to make your order. Please ensure you order your cards with as much notice as possible,
thus giving each other time to confirm details like wording, colours and proofs for approval. The more time the better, remember these cards are handmade individually!
If however you are in a rush, feel free to contact me, as rush orders can often be accommodated, I hold many materials in stock and have been known to turn around an order within a week!
-------------- QUALITY --------------
I pride myself on the quality of both my service and my cards, and am always happy to help. You are welcome to order a sample pack to see the quality of my cards by simply
clicking the order button under the chosen design, and filling in the form with your wedding details. Once you receive your order, If you are not happy with something, then contact me first to see if I
can resolve the situation, before returning the cards in perfect condition
for a full refund.
-------------- PROOFS --------------
Once an order is placed, I will email you a form requesting the details needed for the inserts. A proof of your invitation with a printed insert will be sent to you for approval,
giving you the chance to check the wording and details. If any alterations are needed, then another
insert will be sent for final approval prior to printing.
You can of course order a sample prior to placing an order to see the quality of the invites, and the cost of the sample pack is redeemable once you do order with us too!
-------------- QUANTITY --------------
The minimum order is 5 invites for orders within the UK, and 12 for orders outside of the UK, there is no maximum.
-------------- PAYMENT --------------
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of ordering, with the balance to be settled before
final delivery of the order. If you are ordering with plenty of time, and prefer to spread the cost over 4 or 5 payments, then just ask, it is not a problem!
Payment can be made either through Paypal, Nochex, cheque or postal order for orders in the UK. For
orders outside of the UK then payment must be made through Paypal.
